Shipping time

Shipping Lead Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after the order is placed.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and an estimated delivery date.

Returns

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please review the following:

1. You must contact us within 10 calendar days of receiving your order.
2. Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
3. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from delivery.

Due to the nature of our products, used or opened items cannot be returned.

Refunds

Refunds Details

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund if applicable.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Products

What about damaged or defective products?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

  • Attach clear photos of the damaged or defective item and the packaging

Once reviewed, we will advise you on the next steps for replacement or store credit, if applicable.

Important Notes:

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery
  • Claims for missing, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 10 days of delivery
  • Requests submitted after 10 days may be issued store credit only, at our discretion
  • No returns or claims will be accepted after 14 days from the delivery date
