Due to the personal nature of beauty and skincare products, we only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.
All eligible items must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
The following items are not eligible for return:

Items marked as final sale or clearance
Gift cards
Samples or promotional items
Personalized or custom orders
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
